  • What’s the difference between ceramic tint and traditional carbon or dyed tint?

Ceramic tint is made of ceramic particles that refract UV and IR and prevent up to 99% of these harmful rays from entering your vehicle.

Traditional carbon or dyed films absorb UV and IR rather than refract them, allowing more UV and IR to enter the vehicle. Ceramic film keeps the cabin much cooler inside versus carbon or dyed film.

  • Do you offer provide ceramic window tint?

    Ceramic window tint is available.

  • Do you tint windshields in the front of the car?

Yes! We offer a clear ceramic tint that completely tints your front windshield without affecting your ability to see out of or inside the vehicle or preventing you from passing inspection.

Plus, get UV and IR rejection. Ask for 70% ceramic on your full front windshield!

  • What is the price of a color-change PPF wrap?

Color-change PPF wrap prices depend on the vehicle, color, and your overall expectations.

With color-change wraps, we often disassemble parts of the vehicle like bumpers, headlights, mirrors, and door handles, and this plays a huge part in determining the price.

Typically a color-change PPF wrap will cost $5,000 to $10,000. Please call or come by the shop for a custom quote.

  • Where is paint protection film installed?

Paint protection film can be installed on any painted surface of the vehicle. If we are not wrapping the entire car, other popular packages are our full front-end and partial front-end options.

This consists of wrapping either the full or partial hood, full or partial fenders, front bumper, headlights, and mirror caps. Other popular options are lower rockers, a-pillars roof line, and of course the entire car.

  • What is paint protection film?

Paint protection film is a clear, plastic-like film that is installed over the painted surfaces of the vehicle, and acts as a prevents rock chips, road debris, scratches, bug guts, bird droppings, water spots, UV damage, and staining.

Our PPF is backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty. It has a self-healing top coat that self-corrects light scratches and swirls when the film gets hot out in the sun or with the use of a heat gun.

  • What is the legal tint percentage in the state of Texas?

The legal limit on tint is 25% on your two fronts in Texas. Everything behind the driver can legally be as dark as you want it.

You could spray-paint your windows black if desired!

Your front windshield can have a clear film on the entire windshield. The top of your windshield can have an eyebrow that’s as dark as 5%, however, it cannot be installed below the AS1 line.

  • What is paint correction?

Paint correction removes defects from your paint finish including swirl marks, spider webbing, wash and towel marring, staining, etching, and general scratches that have not penetrated the substrate.

This is performed through various processes involving machine “buffing” on the paint and sometimes wet-sanding.
